
Josephine “Josie” Crisp is a versatile performer and choreographer hailing from Charlotte, North Carolina.
Known for her commanding stage presence and innate leadership qualities, Josie has had the privilege of performing at various stages, screens, and events across the United States. Her notable appearances include halftime performances at Appalachian State University, dancing with the Carolina Snowbelles at the Kennedy Center, and featuring in Duelle’s music video, “Steppin.” As a dedicated sixteen-year member of Starsteps Dance and Gymnastics, Josie has garnered numerous accolades and titles. Recently, she has proudly served as an ambassador for the American Dance Championships, performed in their 2025 Nationals opening number, and assisted Hannah and Alex Isenberg with convention classes and choreography. Additionally, Josie is a cherished member of Isenberg Entertainment, having completed their 2025 Bridge the Gap: Pre-Professional Training Program in Pittsburgh, PA.
Academically, Josie is an accomplished student, recognized as a Presidential Scholar and Citizenship Award winner, and she has earned the title of Valedictorian of her class. Furthermore, she is a two-time All-American Cheerleader. She plans to continue her education at Anderson University over the next several years, majoring in Christian Studies with a minor in Dance. Josie eagerly anticipates future opportunities with grace and positivity!
